Peter Baker Transport
This purpose built facility was designed specifically to meet the requirements of the PBT Group. The industrial building’s structure was predominately constructed from pre-cast concrete panel and structural steel portal frame to meet the hard wearing, high traffic needs of the freight transport operation. Incorporated in the build is a modest 130 sq.m office, 600 sq.m storage and dispatch warehouse and a 900 sq.m covered canopy. The 1630 sq.m building footprint formed only part of the works, as a further 1300 sq.m of associated concrete yard area was placed and finished by the Coman team to meet the engineered specific load requirements of the client.
