The Richmond Mall Extension contract brief noted requirement for the Main Contractor to keep Nelson’s largest retail shopping centre operational and unaffected by construction activity for the contract duration.  The anchor tenant, Pak n Save also required the contractor to maintain their continual access into the market from the carpark for the duration of the construction period, to ensure trading levels were maintained.
