This facility covers 1920 sq.m and is split between a retail / office area and a heavy industrial workshop.  The retail office area has a two storey section, whilst the workshop has 12m high walls.

This building and associated site works were completed in a very compressed time frame.  The Coman Construction team successfully prepared and monitored a strict construction programme to achieve the completion date required.
